Lead singer of Taking Back Sunday, Adam Lazzara is known for his tendency of swinging his microphone at anything and anyone on stage while performing, even himself. Recently, infront of an estimated 12000 people he swung his mic and struck one of his fellow band members in the head, leading him 2 get 6 stitches! Fellow Long Island band, Brand New, decided to pay out TBS for this, and released a shirt saying "Mics Are For Singing, Not Swinging".
Taking Back Sunday wouldn't be beaten though. They then released a shirt saying "Proudly Swinging Since 1999". Lol!
